Frequently asked questions
Can River District apartment dogs stay in a home-style boarding environment?
Suitability depends on the individual dog, rather than the type of home they live in. During the mandatory assessment, share how your dog rests, responds to other dogs and manages time apart from you so we can discuss group or private-bedroom care at our Kerrisdale residence.
What does Night Residency cost, and what happens before booking?
Group Night Residency is C$85 per night and Private Bedroom Residency is C$120 per night. Every new dog first completes the mandatory C$45, two-hour Residency Assessment. The assessment fee is non-refundable, but is credited toward Pawty Mansion services if the dog is approved and the family subsequently books.
