Night Residency rates
Group Night Residency — C$85 per night
Dogs sleep in a calm group environment with both other vetted residents and humans present — cozy, home-style. The ideal pathway toward Unlimited membership.
Private Bedroom Residency — C$120 per night
A cage-free private bedroom experience for intact dogs, seniors, introverts, or dogs who find group settings draining. Includes solo yard time and 1-on-1 enrichment.
Residency Assessment — C$45
Every Pawty journey begins with a 1-on-1 assessment to ensure your pup's temperament aligns with our calm, home-style environment. The $45 fee is non-refundable. If, following the assessment, your dog is approved for Residency, the fee will be credited toward Pawty Mansion services when you proceed with a booking.

What does Night Residency cost, and what happens before booking?
Group Night Residency is C$85 per night and Private Bedroom Residency is C$120 per night. Every new dog first completes the mandatory C$45, two-hour Residency Assessment. The assessment fee is non-refundable, but is credited toward Pawty Mansion services if the dog is approved and the family subsequently books.
