Musqueam is a living First Nations community with its own identity. At our separate Kerrisdale residence, we welcome details about your dog's meals, rest and preferred sleeping routine.

Night Residency rates
Group Night Residency — C$85 per night
Dogs sleep in a calm group environment with both other vetted residents and humans present — cozy, home-style. The ideal pathway toward Unlimited membership.
Private Bedroom Residency — C$120 per night
A cage-free private bedroom experience for intact dogs, seniors, introverts, or dogs who find group settings draining. Includes solo yard time and 1-on-1 enrichment.
Residency Assessment — C$45
Every Pawty journey begins with a 1-on-1 assessment to ensure your pup's temperament aligns with our calm, home-style environment. The $45 fee is non-refundable. If, following the assessment, your dog is approved for Residency, the fee will be credited toward Pawty Mansion services when you proceed with a booking.

Does Pawty Mansion provide overnight care within Musqueam?
No. Boarding takes place at Pawty Mansion's private Kerrisdale residence. Families from Musqueam can apply for an assessment there; this service-area page does not indicate a facility in Musqueam or an affiliation with the Musqueam Indian Band.
What does Night Residency cost, and what happens before booking?
Group Night Residency is C$85 per night and Private Bedroom Residency is C$120 per night. Every new dog first completes the mandatory C$45, two-hour Residency Assessment. The assessment fee is non-refundable, but is credited toward Pawty Mansion services if the dog is approved and the family subsequently books.
