To protect the consistency of care for our intentionally small group, our rates are entirely transparent and standardized across all residencies. We practice an uncompromising, high-touch model designed exclusively for families who prioritize emotional alignment and specialized care. Because our focus remains entirely on our residents, we do not engage in price negotiations or custom quoting.

Our Residency Selection:
Pawty Mansion is a low‑occupancy, boutique home‑style sanctuary. Every application is personally reviewed, as we welcome only a select number of residents whose temperament, rhythms, and energy seamlessly complement our current group.

If your application indicates a potential fit, we will reach out within 24 hours to schedule a mandatory Residency Assessment. This thoughtful vetting process ensures that every resident contributes to, and benefits from, the peaceful, harmonious atmosphere that defines the Mansion.
