We believe every dog deserves a space that feels like home. We’d love to learn about your dog: their rhythms, quirks, comforts, and the little things that make them who they are.

Our residency is intentionally designed for dogs who thrive in a calm, boutique environment. We specialize in high-touch, emotionally attuned care, and we carefully curate our pack to ensure that every new resident is a seamless and safe match for the peaceful experience we provide.

Residency Selection:
We are currently accepting applications for new residents. Due to the high volume of applications we receive, every profile is personally reviewed for pack compatibility; to ensure we maintain our high standards of care, we thoughtfully evaluate each submission. If your dog’s needs align with our model, we will reach out within 24 hours to schedule a mandatory, in-person Residency Assessment.

I acknowledge that the Pawty Mansion environment is designed to be quiet, sensory-safe, and free of rough play or mouthing. I confirm that my dog is naturally calm, has strong impulse control, and does not exhibit over-stimulating behaviors such as excessive barking, mounting, or mouthy play. I confirm this is the appropriate setting for my dog’s established temperament.

I acknowledge that Pawty Mansion’s rates are fixed and non-negotiable, and I agree to the established standard pricing.

I understand that if my dog is selected to move forward, a mandatory, non-refundable $45 Residency Assessment fee (per dog) is required to secure our Residency Assessment.
