All new clients begin with a mandatory pet assessment. This includes a meet & greet and a 3‑hour trial visit, and carries a $30 fee. As a boutique retreat, we accept only a limited number of dogs. The fee allows us to dedicate meaningful time and care to each assessment, and if you choose to move forward with services, it will be credited toward your booking.
Once your application has been received, you will be contacted within 24 hours to schedule your pet's assessment.
